The practice

Founded in Toronto, in 2019.

Sarah Mifsud built Luxury Sommelier Services as a small studio, the kind that takes on a handful of tables, lists and cellars each season and gives each one its full attention.

Wine is treated as part of the dining composition. It is chosen after the room, the hour and the people, and it is poured without ceremony.
